5 Star Parking | Terms and Conditions

  1. By signing the release form on departure your are agreeing to uk-parkings full terms and conditions you are entering a contract between you the customer and 5 star parking Allowing uk-parking drivers to drive your car.
  2. 5 star parking drivers are fully insured to drive your car and are insured by the largest insurer for this type of business. Any claims will be dealt with on an individual basis and 5 star parking will endeavour to resolve these claims fairly .
  3. 5 star parking do not take any responsibility for any broken  windscreens, or  punctures caused by road debris .Please ensure your vehicle is road legal (taxed, MOT and insured) roadworthy and legal to drive.
  4. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before departure are subject to £15 administraion charge  All cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are NOT eligible for a refund You are responsible for the contents and possessions of your vehicle and 5 star parking will not be held liable for any loss or damage of these.
  5. You are responsible for the information entered into the booking and release forms. Please check these details upon departure. 5 star parking do not accept responsibility for any delays due to wrong information on these forms. You will be charged £5.00 per day for each extra day due to information entered at the time of booking being incorrect. Please check booking confirmation email details for any errors.
  6. All late returns  will be charged at £15.00 per day, payable upon the return of your vehicle. Please check your booking form upon arrival and your booking confirmation email for any errors.
  7. In the event of your vehicle being involved in an accident uk-parking will provide you with means of travel to get you home in the quickest possible time. This may be in the form of a hire car or taxi. 5 star parking will then offer you the up most cooperation and support in keeping you mobile until your car is returned in a satisfactory condition. As stated before all claims will be dealt with on an individual basis and uk-parking will endeavour to be cooperative and supportive in the event of any claim being made.
